Call Raven to book
Every cabin in our group goes through one person - our girl, Raven. Because we're booking as a group, you can't book or pay online — you'll need to call and give our group number (FC6D05) to her. The details are right here:

Who's Going So Far?
The reunion is coming together! Here are the family members who have already booked their cabins. Now don't you want to be a part of this?!

Cabins and Prices
All prices are per person. Balcony and suite pricing shifts depending on where the cabin sits on the ship — front, middle, or back, and lower, middle, or upper decks.
Prices quoted as of our last Q&A session, but prices can shift slightly. Confirm current pricing when you call please.
| Room type | Per person | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Interior | $861 | The most affordable way to sail. No window. |
| Ocean View | $1,081 | A window to the water. |
| Balcony | $1,181 | Your own outdoor space. Price increases depending on location — front, middle or back, and lower, middle or upper deck. |
| Ocean View Suite 2 guests maximum | $1,674 | Suite amenities, priced for a pair. |
| Ocean View Suite priced for 5 guests | $1,043 | The same suite split five ways — often the best value for a bigger household. |
| Family Harbor Suite | $1,057 | Has a section for children to play and you'll have your own buffet and waiting staff; a junior tub. |
| Carnival Excel Suite | $2,300 | Shower, double sink, walk-in closet and an extra large balcony. |
| Excel Presidential Suite | $2,563 | Wrap around balcony, daybed, dining table, fireplace, hot tub, spa, and outdoor shower. |
What comes with a suite: your room is available IMMEDIATELY — as opposed to everyone else who has to wait. Suites also include complimentary water bottles, linen, a walk-in shower, a sofa, coffee table, 2 TVs, and a privacy curtain divider. Twin beds pushed together to have a King size bed is typical in all rooms.
Three things to decide first
Have your answers ready before you call. These are the questions Raven-Nicole will ask:
Who's your roommate?
This is VERY IMPORTANT!! Sort out who you're sharing with before you call — it changes the cabin type and the per-person price.
Where on the ship?
Mid is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who are concerned about motion/ocean sickness. Aft (Rear) is the back, and Fwd (Front) is the front.
Connecting cabins?
If you want a connecting cabin between yourself and another family group, decide this prior to booking.
How booking and payments work
-
Check for existing Carnival offers first
If you've previously cruised with Carnival, check to see if you have ANY offers, like a Casino offer. Be sure to have your VFIP number available. These offers tend to be BETTER than the standard Carnival deals.
-
Put down your deposit
Carnival offers various deals throughout the year regarding deposits. Today the offer is $99/person due when you book your room. This is the benefit of booking with the family early (check the deadline timer at the top of the page 😉)
-
Use our group number (FC6D05)
Our official group number is FC6D05. Provide this to Raven so you are successfully linked with the rest of the family for dining and activities.
-
Pay by phone, not online
You MUST do payments via phone w/ Carnival Agent Raven-Nicole Crump at this stage of planning. However, we anticipate an online payment option to be opening shortly. Make weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments to Carnival by calling through Raven and once the option for online payment is ready, we'll make sure you know.
-
OR set up a payment plan
There is an option that involves a soft credit check and will cover the full amount of your trip. You are required to make monthly payments, and it could be a 16-month interest free term.
There are still rooms available — but book BY OR BEFORE NEXT FRIDAY, September 25, 2026 to be part of the group.
Before you sail
The practical things worth sorting out early.
Identification
It is highly recommended to obtain your passports. Your birth certificate & state issued i.d. is acceptable also. For younger children, you can obtain a state identification card, if you desire.
Muster Station
Muster Station is a REQUIREMENT for all passengers to learn about water safety/emergency procedures/life jackets.
Excursions
Several excursions are available and are NOT included in your cabin prices. You have the option of staying on the boat all the days OR you can exit the boat for the days we arrive to our ports.
Food and activities
Some of the eateries & activities on the ship are additional costs also. Refer to your Carnival account/Carnival web page to see a green plus sign indicating ‘Additional Cost’.
Drinks
Alcoholic drinks & soda packages are available for an additional fee. You are permitted to bring a 12-pack of UNOPENED sodas case per person in your cabin (i.e. 2 adults=2 12-pk of sodas).
Travel insurance
Consider travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. This is also an additional fee. (Strongly encouraged)
Pets
Family members with pets, be sure to explore what arrangements you will make for the fur babies for those 8-9 days we're away.
Do your homework
Download the Carnival app @ www.carnival.com, and research other (longer) YouTube videos about Carnival Celebration (our ship).
Your Personal Packing Tracker
Check these off as you get them ready. Your web browser will automatically remember what you've checked off, even if you close the page and come back later!
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from the family. Click on any question to expand the answer.
When do we depart and return to Miami?
We set sail from Miami on Sunday, August 8, 2027. Boarding usually begins in the late morning, and the ship is scheduled to depart at 3:30 PM. We will return to Miami on Sunday, August 15, 2027, disembarking at 8:00 AM.
Is there a direct link to the cruise details from Carnival?
You betcha. The full itinerary can be found right here: 7-Day Western Caribbean Cruise from Miami - Carnival
Do I absolutely need a passport?
While a passport is highly recommended to make getting on and off the ship smoother, you can legally sail with an official Birth Certificate and a valid State-issued ID.
Is the $99 deposit refundable?
Deposits are typically non-refundable or come with specific penalties depending on the current Carnival promotion. Please confirm the exact cancellation policy with Raven-Nicole when you call to book.
What if someone in my cabin has to cancel?
Cabin pricing is based on occupancy. If a roommate drops out, the remaining guests may see an increase in their per-person rate because the room is being split by fewer people.
Are drinks included in the cabin price?
Basic drinks like water, iced tea, and standard coffee are included. Alcoholic beverages and specialty sodas require you to purchase a drink package. You are, however, allowed to bring one 12-pack of unopened soda per person when you board.
Can I just pay for my cabin online?
No. Because we are securing group rates and ensuring everyone is linked together for dining and activities, all payments must be made over the phone directly with our Carnival agent, Raven-Nicole Crump.
